This complex is a presented suggestion for the riverbank site development in Danilovgrad. In order to increase construction area, a shopping center, business center and residential development were designed. Business and shopping centers were built in a manner typical for urban areas and included concepts of sustainable development. Residential area relies heavily on traditional wood and stone construction interpreted in a modern way. The three formed areas, although of different functions, are grouped into a single unit by following the new trends of architecture and the construction itself.
