Maximum use of space in thick city center, but with rules. Clearly conceive functional split on commercial and office part. That partition articulate on fasade over vertical and horisontal elements. Program and form solution are balansed and joined in existing structure.

Simple construction gets clean technological solution, which result with great space use. New kommunication solution joine with new construction, together results with technology of creating quality space.
