Globaly, modern architecture adapt to ethno-style is applied on the complete area. Since the ground itself is organic configuration, single architectural forms, especially hotel, follow organic lines and completely integrating in surrounding. Modern architectural language of modeling told the story of unique urban entity that makes dwelling very pleasant, so that bulidings spatial arrangement is clutch in ground. It was taked care of greenness disposal which would accentuate constructions and their purpose. Usage of ecological materials was predicted, in the way that it makes subtiled conjuction between modern and traditional and contributes to one new qualitative of this ambience.
