Basic idea is contemporary multifunctional building.Position and clearanceof the building together built city dominante in space.With it’s monumental look this building becomes key sample figure of the city.

Fomr is consist of simple linear elements and central amorf part that takes whole building.Contemporary transparent materials and playful side elements together joined in zoning and program, that consist of offices space and exclusive apartmants on levels, while ground area is commercial. Under the ground is garage, with contemporary technical equipement. Inside open space area is nice ambiental space, where some space elements has different way of use.

Concept of the space get the idea of contemporary way of living and business joined and existing together in same place.
